As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic a number of changes have had to be brought into affect when attending your appointment.
These changes are intended to protect you, and myself, and I hope you understand the necessity of them.
Firstly, I have completed, and gained certification for:
‘The Health, Safety and Hygiene – Returning to Work COVID-19’ course
Each appointment will now be 60 minutes long, at a cost of £45, and will be followed by a 30 minute disinfectant clean down of all areas and equipment.
In order to adhere to Government guidance on Social Distancing only 3 persons can be in the reception area at one time. I ask that you wait in your car, or outside the building, until I come to get you.
Please travel light. We are trying to minimise any risk of contamination, so ask that, where possible, personal belongings (coats, bags etc) are left in your vehicle or at home.
Before entering the building you will be supplied with a face mask, unless you would like to bring your own. Please wear it at all times during your visit with us.
Hand sanitiser will also be provided in the reception area for use as you enter.
Additionally I will be wearing and utilising various PPE throughout and immediately after your appointment.
All records have been updated to a paperless format in order to reduce the risk of cross contamination or inadvertent storing of the virus.
In line with this I am no longer able to take payment by cheque. Cash will be accepted but payment by money transfer is preferred.
